The McPhail Foundation Charitable Trust has been operating for a number of years and was officially incorporated in October 2003.

The McPhail Foundation is the charitable arm of The Computer Broker and Computer Future and the Trusts main area of focus is assisting disadvantaged children.

They have provided computer systems and hardware to The Salvation Army, Residential Rehabilitation Housing (Canterbury DHB), Child Hope, The Champion Centre, Battered Women's Refuge, Churches, a number of Primary/Secondary Schools and selected families.

The goal of this Charitable Trust is to put 100% of the donations back into the community. The Trust receives regular contributions from Computer Future Ltd and The Computer Broker Ltd and the administration for the Trust is carried out by The Computer Broker at no cost to the trust. In addition The McPhail Foundation is run by unpaid volunteers.

How can you help? As a small Trust we rely on fund raising, grants and donations. We are also grateful for donations of working computer systems and technical time.
